If given a hypothetical Fairy-type priority, Azumarill could be rain's Mamoswine.
For others whose information we don't have yet, the immunity could generally be used to (re)gain momentum after the opponent starts Outraging. It could be used to gain an opportunity to support or lay hazards. All very similar to how current immunities are already abused.
You shouldn't write these thing off before we know everything about them. GF could have given Fairy-types the necessary tools to wreck Dragon-types, and the above could come true. Alternatively, GF could give Dragon-types new tools to deal with Fairy-types, rendering Fairy-types useless.
