I think he ment that the pre-order wasn't through CoroCoro, but through TRU as well. So we may get something similar in the states. Like with Diamond, Pearl, and Plat.

I do not believe those are EXCLUSIVE figures, but just a bonus mail-in from Corocoro.
They appear to just be from Bandai's Pokepla line.

Oh and if it's indeed Bandai (same bases as the other Pokeplas), do not expect a US store release anyway, Tomy has been cockblocking the shit out of other toys since they got hold of the toy license outside Japan.
