So, we still don't have the starter evolutions yet.
Is it likely that they'll be revealed before the games come out? I was waiting for them to be revealed before I stopped looking at the new information to go in mostly blind, but it's taken a lot longer than I thought it would

how new are you, the evolutions never get shown pre-release. unless you count BW where the stage 2 evos were in corocoro 2 days before release date, but the game was leaked by then

If previous generation trends mean anything, not really, especially the final stages. Though the second stages might be a slight possibility.

IIRC in gen 5 we got the second stages officially shown in the CoroCoro on the month the game's came out, while with gen 4 we didn't get either the second or final stage at all. In 3rd gen I think we only knew Blaziken because of the anime.

yes, but expect the first stages only. the game is out on october 12th, around that date leaks of the november issue of corocoro will probably be out.

Middle stages will probably be revealed in the September issue of CoroCoro, like in Gen V when Servine/Pignite/Dewott were showcased in the last CoroCoro before B/W released. Final evos will be reserved as a surprise (barring any leaks) like they were meant to be in B/W. Although I would've loved to see the internets reaction to Servine/Pignite/Dewott before the final evos were leaked and then see the reaction after everyone picked Oshawott because of Dewott only for it to evolve into Samurott, lol.
