Unless it's a region you travel to afterwards, I doubt it. It's far too early to be hyping up remakes, when the primary Gen VI games haven't even been released yet.

Not really, they would never release two main sets of pokemon games along side each other, it just splits the profits. Even if they had Shining Ruby and Shimmering Saphire ready to go right now, why not wait until the lull after X&Y when people have more money and want new stuff?

I was think it would be connected to Unova (yes, France is not connected to the united states of America, I understand this perfectly well), but... connected to Hoenn...

Hmm.

It would be a way for them to cater to fans of Ruby and Sapphire without sinking the resources into remakes that could possibly not do as well as needed.

I'm very interested in this.

I... could actually buy the Misty and Brock idea. This is the first time they've ever revealed Ash's design before the new characters'. Anime-wise, Iris and Cilan were shown months before they unveiled Ash's new look, and May and Dawn were revealed at the same time Ash was. It leads me to think that they're not showing the entire group this time around for a reason, and with the huge nostalgic hard-on people have for the original trio and the Kanto throwbacks happening in the games (Mewtwo's new formes, Kanto starters), I could easily see this as being the huge scoop. Also, it would almost directly imply that this would be Ash's last region, which is cause enough for celebration.

Vanilluxe and its pre evos confirmed for Kalos Pokedex.

That aside, I'm assuming it's the most amount of information ever revealed at a time or the confirmation of the next Wii U Pokémon game which will have something big in it, or maybe even info about the whole X and Y from start to finish, all functions, story, Pokémon and secrets.
