I can honestly say that I admire Cynthia.
Not only in Pokemon, but I'd say she is one of my role models in real-life.
Seriously, being the first ever female Champion, invested most of her free time in mythology, and being so sweet to the character that she knew that'd eventually be her opponent - and win. Not to mention saving s/he's ass a few times.
All in all, I respect Cynthia. She shall always be my favorite Pokemon Champion and my second favorite NPC.
