Her parents don't really force it on her; she just hates how she legally *has* to be one, she hates the extreme sexism and gender inequality, she hates the homophobia, she hates the 'holier-than-thou' attitude every Muslim she knows exhibits, she hates the unquestioning subscription to what effectively amounts to fairy tales in her eyes, she hates the idea of any sort of afterlife, she hates the 'don't question Allah's will' justification many Muslim's pull whenever someone brings up something questionable (Muhammad's paedophilia being the prime example), she hates that the Quran is encouraged to be read but not understood, she hates the glorification of blind faith, and yeah basically she hates pretty much everything about it
So she doesn't practise it obvs but she still has to pretend she does
As for 'geeky' things, she's primarily into Kingdom Hearts, Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Sly Cooper, and she loves composing electronic music (mostly trance)
