It probably will be ghost\dark. Know "sad" moves like "Perish Song" or "Memento".

Another info: Even if plague doctors have "bird" mask it don't have that much of a "bird" in character. That mask was designed for working with poisoned corpse-air (how to say it in "sciense language"). Plague doctors mostly about three things 1) Ghost 2) Dark 3) Poison/
