Hey /vp/, my buddy has this glow in the dark Mewtwo figurine and wants to know more about it. From what we can tell by the Copyright info on his tail, he's from 1998 and apparently made by a company called Banpresto? Can't find anything about it online, was hoping you guys could help.
What's it worth? How rare/common is it? All that jazz.
And yes, it's missing an arm :'(
