Your definition of edgy is probably "Dark and mysterious with scars not only physically but mentally".
Here's a hint, despite the fact that many DeviantArt OCs are edgy, they are edgy because they're made by stupid teens who think angst and stuff like that are cool. Yveltal is not edgy. He is Destructo-Bird.

I truly detest the idea that anything overtly evil/bad in fiction (Not just pokemon) is somehow just trying to be "edgy". Everything that goes out of the norm these days is just trying to be "edgy", from goth kids to people who simply have radical and/or harsh opinions, everything different is "edgy" and the notion pisses me off
