All you have to do is just cycle between these. Start off with a toxic (willowisp if it is a steel type).
They will attack, but you have sturdy so you hang on. You will drink berry juice
Next turn, recycle and get your berry juice back. They will hit you and knock you back down. But you will drink your berry juice. Recycle next turn. Ad infinitum. Enjoy your trolling. Throw in some protects every once in a while for added trolling.
