ITT: You get to decide whether or not everything below ends up in Pokemon X and Y. You must take all of it or none of it. >No more HMs. Replaced by alternative modes of transport that cover them. >Fire/Water type line is revealed. Whatever you consider to be awesome, this line is the definition of it. >Pikachu receives another evolution/alternative evolution to Raichu. The entire line receives Fairy as a secondary type. >The Mareep line also gains the Fairy type. >Fighting and Ground type versions of Stealth Rock are introduced. >The final typings for the starter evolutions are Grass/Poison, Fire/Fighting and Water. >The 8th Gym Leader specialises in Dark type Pokemon. >Once you have beaten the Elite Four, all 18 starter Pokemon are able to be caught in the wild in post-game areas. >The Fairy type is super effective against Dragon, Poison, Fighting and Electric. It is not very effective against Psychic, Ghost, Dark and Steel. >The Pokemon Stadium announcer makes a return appearance. >The competitive rival is similar to Silver from GSC/HGSS and is more prominent than the friendly rival. >The Elite Four Champion is far too easy, but the post-game is longer than the GSC/HGSS post-game. Accept or reject? The choice is yours, /vp/.

>The competitive rival is similar to Silver from GSC/HGSS and is more prominent than the friendly rival. Why would anyone want the worst rival back?

>super effective against Poison >Fire/Fighting never again

>Ground Stealth Rock when Spikes exists >Fire/Fighting starter >Fairy SE against Poison I'll take none, thanks

The Stealth Rock moves and Fairy's strengths and weaknesses ruin an otherwise perfect list. Fuck it, I'd accept.

>Fire/fighting >fix stealth rock by adding more of it >Ampharos Fairy >another E4 Can you take it all away?
Anonymous
>I would rather have field moves >How is this bad? >Fine >Okay >Possible dealbreaker; I do not like such moves >Fire/Fighting Okay, game over. The rest of it as an exercise:>Good >Alright >Why make poison worse? >Dunno what that means >Okay >Want Well, still dump the whole bag for fire/fighting

Reject. The bad outweighs the good.

>Fairy not destroying Sableye's stupid niche No thank you, Sableye and Spiritomb are getting wrecked whether you like it or not.

>>12983158 >the post-game is longer than the GSC/HGSS post-game I don't understand why people would say GSC/HGSS had the longest post-game of the series when it was awfully short and BW/B2W2 already beat that. Sure, it was en entire region, but it was extremely quick to complete, whereas B2W2 has both long pre-league and post-league parts.

I would litterally say yes to everything but>The Pokemon Stadium announcer makes a return appearance. Fuck no that shit is super annoying. It's not a minor thing either since he will be in every battle.
Anonymous
Quoted By:
>>12983456 Presumably the announcer only appears in the stadiums. Having him follow the protagonist through every battle would make no sense.

>>12983158 Hasn't is been confirmed that Fennekin learns Psychic? I just checked, there are a grand total of two (that don't have Psychic as a secondary typing) Fighting types that learn Psychic.

Fennekin is Fire/Fighting but can learn Psychic and has a good spatk stat. I'm okay with this if more special fighting moves are introduced.
