Hi /vp/

I'm playing the original Gold right now for the first time (I used to own Silver back in the day, but I've since lost my cartridge after moving houses several times). After a cursory google search I've found that it's hard to find good moveset suggestions for the gen II era games. I'm fighting team rocket in the radio tower right now (their Pokémon are all lvl 26-36) and my core team is as follows:

Meganium: L36

Eevee: L34 (I'm trying to evolve him into Unbreon, I have a clone who I will evolve into Espeon)

Can /vp/ tell me who my sixth team member should be and what my movesets should be? I've got plenty of great Pokémon just rotting away in my PC that might do well on my team, so suggest anything and I'll probably have it. Also, some general advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
