I was just saying that, for them to have a fire team and a fire leader would be kind of redundant. With team rocket, they used a whole variety of types and giovanni specialized in ground. Its not really the same thing.

Nope. People seem to keep missing the question mark it had at the end.

It was something like "Do they just want money?" which would suggest they're pretending to be a corporation with other intentions hidden away.

It's kind of weird that we have a team in this region based around a single type of pokemon.

Maybe there will be another team that uses a different type? Maybe Y will be a fire team, X will be a water team and Z will be a grass team?

Would fit with the whole Red, Blue, Green theme.

Why would they pull the same colour set twice?
Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald are evidence against it.
Purple is more likely Z colour.
