Pretty cute. I prefer Flamingo Plague Doctor but it's not bad. I just hope it keeps the cute factor when it evolves unlike Vannilite.

Actually, peropero is the japanese onomatopoeia for licking. So it's like, licking puff. Considering its tongue is a visible part of the design and it's candy floss.
