Sup vp. I'm playing Silver and this guy on cinawood island gave me a shiny shuckle. Is the shuckle he gives you always shiny, or am I just super lucky?

Nice one. It's pure luck. Same chance as you have to get a shiny encounter in the wild.

If you have it first in your party and talk to him later, he will give you a sneasel holding the item you need to evolve it.

You can't give it back to him if your Shuckle is too bonded to you anyways, I think.

You get Sneasel with the item you need to evolve it in SS. Sneasel didn't have an evolution in gen II.
