hey /vp/

I'm not a super hardcore meta-gamer or anything like that (I play the games for fun mostly, shockingly enough) but I have a math/formula/stats question for you guys. Just need a quick answer given this scenario.

1. I catch a vulpix at level 15, use a Fire Stone immediately and raise it to a level 100 Ninetails

2. I catch the exact same vulpix, raise it to level 50 BEFORE evolving it to a Ninetails, then raise it to a level 100 Ninetails.

Hypothetically both of these pokemon are identical upon catching and end up at the same level (100) with the same move sets.

Will the level I actually evolve the Vulpix affect the level 100 Ninetail's final stats? If so, which one of the two situations would have the higher stats at the end, assuming their training was nearly identical.

>tl;dr does evolving a pokemon with a stone at a certain level affect its final stats?
