SInnoh was the worst region because it was simply a parasite of all the other gens that did nothing but add evos of old pokemon and a handful of new ones that were nearly impossible to use due to how rare they were. Also that fucking level scaling jesus christ.
Gen 1 was the worst generation because it was poorly made and was the lowest quality out of all the games to date.
