What has /vp/ been doing to fill the time for these fews months before X and Y?
I've been doing an Emerald Playthrough. I've started a Liquid Crystal Run and I'm just gonna run through my two other favorite hacks; Altair and Vega and then end off with Leaf Green.
Any other hack suggestions?

Playing through soul silver, pretty much a karen run. It's actually a lot more fun. Walking around with an over flowing party, seeing a cool pokemon and going "hey I want that". Nicknaming and keeping the first one you get regardless of nature make it feel more special and personalized. It would have been way better with gen 5 exp rate, I caught like 13 pokemon I want but I'm having to leave some behind. Feels like the first time I'm playing pokemon properly. Gym battles are more fun too with everyone underleveled, really gotta make status ailments count.
