90% of the pokemon unrelated the previous pokemon from older gens, are utter garbage

off course the 10% being gastrodon, toxicroak, drifblim and a few others

The starters were crap, the pokes looked dumb, the legendaries were meh, and the battles were soooooooooo slooooooooow.

If the side-series are included, then gen III is totally awesome. If Colosseum and XD are left out of this though, gen III is probably one of the worst.
