Uh...yes it does. And he means that Fairy not resisting Dragon would be retarded if they're trying to balance Dragon seeing as its largest issue is its huge neutral coverage with only one type resisting it.

i think fairy's will be immune to dragon.

and so thats why they can't show it being attacked by dragon moves.
