You could probably have more anthro champs if that's your thing (I don't want them, personally) or maybe a few female sort of possessed objects (kindof like Xerath is).
I just don't get why people dislike it in any case, even if it is repetitive. There are a few things that don't really go out of style, and sex is one of them.
