What does Gigalith offer to the team? Without Sand support it's just gonna get wrecked by all the water, fighting, and ground in the tier.
Even as a suicide lead there are better options like T-Tar, Skarmory, or Azelf.
Slaking...you're going to encounter alot of people capable of exploiting him and breaking you down.
Also i really recommend some dedicated support...maybe with encore, whirlwind, or haze at least.
