Well the facts are kinda there. Dunsparce hasn't been in the anime in five years and all of a sudden it's in a new episode (probably just to announce is new fairy part type but it's evolution may gain this type). And Sableye is "heavily featured" in the new film. Why feature a Pokemon like Sableye if it won't gain a new evo? It's already double typed so it's not becoming part Fairy itself. Perhaps it's evolution will be Fairy/Dark Fairy/Ghost?

Heracross is one of most Popular UU Pokes

Pinsir has 125 Atk, good luck functionally evolving it. It gets STAB X-Scissor, which is the best widely distributed physical bug move. It also gets EdgeQuake coverage, Swords Dance, and CC.

What are you even getting at?

A Dunsparce evo would be cool.
Especially if it was a hilariously broken Fairy/Dragon or Fairy/Poison dual type. especially one that was completely useless because of it's shitty stats.

Makes sense. Trying to think if GameFreak has done Orochi yet and I'm not sure. Here's to hoping he's the badass he is in SMT:I and has that Eight Pillars of Flame horse shit Learns at level 100, if the 3DS is held in 8 sequential directions. The order is important, and it isn't just a circle, but rather NE, SW, SE, E, W, NW, etc.

You guys are aware that practically none of these Pokemon are going to get evos, right?

Every single Pokemon revealed so far not named Sylveon or Newtwo has been completely original. Now compare this to DP's pre-release, where evos and prevos were all over the place.

I think after going all out to make Gen 5 unrelated to the past, Game Freak realized they should continue doing that to keep things fresh and to only give focus to old Pokemon if there's a serious reason to (like the movie and Fairy type introduction).

Fearow gets eevee treatment with stones + metalcoat steel type evo.
Mightyenna gets a poison/dark evo (Moxyenna would be usable after that).
Alternative magickarp evo that becomes a real water/dragon (basically swap gyaradoss Spe and SpD, Att and SpA stats).
Feebas evo that evolves with the other stats like coolness (water/poison), toughness (water/ground), smarts(water/electric) etc.
Arbok evo that ends up as fire/posion.
Alternative final formes for starters (I.E. physicall sceptile that isn't shit)

I was basing the megaladon idea on the fact it was the only prehistoric shark I could remember the name of, that and there's the stupid belief that there's a relic population of megaladon out there somewhere.

Don't get me wrong, I would fucking love a megalodon, but I can't see a species of shark that fucking large still living in a place where we can't see, I mean, you could bring up the recent discovery of the colossal squid, but squid are suited for deep sea life, I don't think the megalodon can go that deep.

Seeing as Gen 5 was basically Gen 1 all over again, Gen 6 could be considered Gen 2 to it, and Chansey got and Evo in the actual Gen 2.
