Still better than the Sinnoh series but Cilan and Iris were unlikable as they come.
Also, TR not frequenting in it was the worst decision ever. Comic relief is what Pokemon's relied on from the start.
I know they Sinnoh wrote TR really repetitively but more or less writing them off was even worse.
They know that the kiddywinks don't like it much anymore, but they don't please the fans either. They just cocktease like with the Butterfree thin and Ash scanning Koffing. I can see why they're relucant to aim it at a certain group but it seems like more and more of a marketing ploy every season.
Naturally it's all about the money, and I don't expect it to not be. But the writing is beyond lazy now.
