Presumably it would be banned entirely, since the evasiveness clause is in effect even in Ubers.

I don't know why /vp/ seems to hate the evasiveness ban so much, the metagame would be terrible otherwise.

Ban the ability, making the Pokemon not fit into any legal tiers, cause been forced to rely on luck just to hit the opponent with a 100% accuracy move is just fucking stupid.

Because crits can't be controlled, only slightly manipulated. Evasion, on the other hand, can be raised at will of the user
