>>13077074Trainers will always be better than audinos at yielding exp, sure with VS seeker you have roughly the same chance of someone wanting a refight as getting an audino from a shaking spot but most trainers actually grow when refought, some even work well as EV trainers (though that's kind of a moot point given you can raise EVs easily with stuff like join avenue)
plus the breeders were (to me) more annoying than helpful because they function as first encounters ("oh I saw you we must battle"), granted, they all had a way to be avoided, but sometimes while backtracking you just forget that and end up wasting time with some breeder with lv 20s when you're well on your way to fight the E4, not to mention the pokes most of them have are not very "good" at giving exp and they don't give much money when you beat them either
