I'm currently trying to get my Feraligatr to lv 100 and am trying to get it to its best potential.

>Feraligatr (lv. 81)
>Sassy
>Ability: Torrent

>Attack: 194
>Defense: 189
>Sp.Attack: 172
>Sp.Def: 160
>Speed: 157

Moves:
>Ice Beam
>Dragon Claw
>Hydro Pump
>Aerial Ace
(I'm thinking of maybe replacing one of these with Surf/Waterfall)

How can I make my Pokemon any better, /vp/?

Op, you done goofed
Get rid of ice beam for avalance, because the fact you won't outspeed amyone is obvious. Waterfall over Hydro pump, and crunch/superpower over aerial ace if you want more coverage, seeing as how the ice move already covers everything flying covers.
While your at it, go for earthquake ovrr dragon claw.
