A playing soul silver and I've never been good at pokemon mostly because I never have any idea what are good moves to learn or forget as they level up. Anyone have a site that has the best move set for each pokemon?

Smogon's shit as far as the actual game itself goes. I'd recommend just using Bulbapedia, looking up each 'mon's moveset, and making your own decisions. Don't let someone else tell you how to play when you can learn yourself and have more fun that way.

I'd suggest to pay attention to your pokemon stats and dont teach sp. attacks to a physical attacker (If you have a Feraligator you'd be better off with Waterfall than Surf/hydropump), take into account that 1 STAB move is enough most of the time and the other slots for coverage. Once you get the hang of it you'll do fine. Hope this helps, anon.
