Ok this is gonna sound weird but I'm not making this up. Around the late 90's and early 2000's, The Pokemon trend was really a big thing. I, like many others, wanted to join in on the hype. Because of this, I decided to go to the game store and pick up a Game Boy and a copy of Red Version. On the way there though, I saw a garage sale. Turns out, they were selling a Game Boy and a copy of Red, at much cheaper than retail price too! My parents bought it for me to save money, and I played it for hours and hours, overjoyed. But then when I got to Lavender Town, something weird happened. Then I died.
