Even though the thought of always having it in my system is pretty cool, like, really cool indeed...
I can't help but wonder how much better I'd be for myself if, say, I were to buy a new 3DS?
I know there's save/data/etc transfer blah blah blah,
But really I just like knowing that even if I don't have my 3DS, I can still have my game card with me.
Also, lets say something beyond my control (power surge, IDK) totally destroys my 3DS
In turn it totally kills all the data on it and it can't be recovered.
Even if Nintendo/Gamefreak/Whoever were to comp out all my purchases so that I didn't have to buy them again, including, but not limited to, Pokemon Y (the one I'm getting, irrelevant I guess) they still wouldn't be able to recreate my game save data, my Pokemon captured, etc...
IDK, I guess I'm just oldschool in the sense that, at least for these really core games, (Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, etc...) I want to have them in an actual, physical, can-hold-in-my-hand copy.
IDK, I know I'm just a huge faggot either way.
