Time for mathematics amateur hour, beginning with this faggot. So here's the deal: I'm going to try and determine whether or not Fairy is SE to Dark, and you guys are going to tell me I'm wrong or something. I haven't seen it confirmed beyond any doubt yet, so here goes.

From the .gif, Gardevoir's Fairy Wind deals 96 damage to the opposing Hydreigon, and it's super effective. So we know Dark doesn't resist Fairy. Progress.

Serebii's damage calculation formula. God damn I hope this shit is accurate.

Gardevoir and Hydreigon's respective stats at level 50. Relevant to this is Gardevoir's 130 Sp. Atk and Hydreigon's 95 Sp. Def. Why yes, I am assuming 0 in both IVs and EVs, simply because Hydreigon's 152 HP is the minimum it can be. Also, it's simpler.

First up, if Fairy is neutral to Dark.
((((2*50/5+2)*130*55/95)/50)+2)*1.5*2*85/100 = 89 damage minimum

((((2*50/5+2)*130*55/95)/50)+2)*1.5*2*100/100 = 105 damage maximum

Works out fine if Fairy Wind has a Base Power of 55, just like Icy Wind. (Silver Wind and Ominous Wind, BP 60, is just barely too high with 97 minimum damage. BP 50 works out similarly, having a maximum of 96 plus change.

BUT WHAT IF FAIRY IS SUPER EFFECTIVE AGAINST DARK
((((2*50/5+2)*130*25/95)/50)+2)*1.5*4*85/100 = 87 damage minimum

((((2*50/5+2)*130*25/95)/50)+2)*1.5*4*100/100 = 102 damage maximum

This works out if Fairy Wind has a pathetic Base Power of 25. Really, anything above BP 40 or so has a good chance of OHKOing that Hydreigon, so if Dark is weak to Fairy then Fairy Wind is weak as fuck.

THAT IS ALL. Now tell me where I fucked up and maybe help with this please.
