This fucking guy is RU but can hold itself even in OU.
I've used it as a defensive pokémon lots of times and it just doesn't disappoint me. It can stall powerful opponents and sometimes even take out some with Toxic+Roost or Swagger+Foul Play

All of its abilities are defense oriented and can be easily used for that role, since it has amazing base stats for HP, Def and SpD. You can throw its EVs in any of these stats, attach it some leftovers and start stalling.

I used one with whirlwind for phazing since it was usually bulky enough to take a boosted hit then roost off the damage later. Total sis tier.

I used to run pic related with magic coat in OU caught a lot of hazard users and toxic abusers off guard. Plus mummy wrecks scizor and a few other Pokemon dependent on their abilities.

I sometimes switch it in when someone brings out Dragonite or Garchomp. They hit her once and get tanked, then she uses Foul Play for an almost guaranteed KO.

He's RU but in my opinion, he's OP there. He can kick ass in UU and hold his own in OU. In fact Gamefreak is scared of giving him Sheer Force.
