Priority has nothing to do with speed, anon. Trick Room doesn't effect Priority.

I'd rather he get like Will-o-Wisp. Why can every single pokemon know toxic but not Will-o-Wisp? At least give it to some of the pokemon that breath fire, rathervthan just fire and ghost types
