So I recently heard about emerald 386 and it sounds fun however as much as I did enjoy gen 3 I think Kanto has a much better layout than hoenn so does anyone know if there is a FR/LG 386 hack out there?

That wouldn't be even close to what I want, it's my understanding that emerald 386 puts every pokemon in area's appropriate to their types and that it gives trainer's new teams of pokemon for added difficulty.

If I do the randomizer than I may find a Rayquaza in viridian forest which is exactly what I don't want.
