Kadabra is so ugly, Alakazam is boss.

Magneton looks a lot better than Magnezone IMO.
In most cases I like final evolution more than previous ones.

And Elekid is the only one I like design-wise from all his evos.

Charmeleon is boss.

Wartortle is to me one of the ugliest pokemon out there. Looks like bold old guy with little hair on the sides. Never liked him.

These are probably THE best examples of this

Grovyle evolving into the chubby Sceptile is terrible. He is meant to be fast and agile, but Sceptile is heavy and dense looking

Duskull just looks so good that I can't think of an evolution that would do it justice. That being said, Dusclops and Dusknoir are still fantastic looking Pokemon

I liked Wartortle looking kind of old, I remember really hoping Blastoise would be some kind of really ancient-looking Pokemon, I was so disappointed by how bland he was.
