Would giving Meganium a secondary Fairy typing improve it enough to not be absolute shit? Secondary STAB, SE vs Dragons, some additional resistances, presumably a more diverse attacking and supporting movepool. Would it stand a chance of getting out of NU?

Flavorwise I feel it fits well too, with the dex stating it breathes life back into dead plants and calms others around it. Seems to fit it being a helpful nature supporter.
