ok /vp/ I just got out of prison and am on house arrest. my mom picked brought home a used DSi and a copy of black 2, said she bought it off a kid in the mall for $75 because apparently its old tech now or a new system is out or something.

anyway, I'm enjoying the new gen, I think a lot of these things look fucking stupid (and apparently they did a fire/fighting starter for the 3rd time in a row, what the hell?) but overall the game is enjoyable.

Anyway, I'm at the 5th gym now and I found a pokemon that looks like sperm, tynamo, it looked hilarious so I looked it up and saw it turns in to some kind of bad ass eel. is it any good or worth the time to raise it up and use a thunderstone?

Who are some notable mons to look for in gen 5? I'm using samurott/lucario/growlithe atm. oh and, who is the best flyer? I dont want to use the pidgey clone, I don't like normal/flyings in general.
