I never in my life thought I'd be using an Electrode, but man I caught one at the rocket hideout in Heart Gold, and he had been with me ever since. He's not particularly powerful, but his Sp. Atk. is solid, he knows a decent number of moves, and if all else fails, he has fucking EXPLOSION, which combined with his speed, generally means your opponents poke is fucking done.
I named him Buals, and used him against my roommate on a consistent basis as we played through the game together. He always gave me the "Oh, B-Buals? H-Heh, he ain't got shit on m-me. What a j-joke." line, but I could smell the fear on him. Usually would take out at least one of his guys and then another with the explosion. Fucking good times.
I transferred him to W2, and he is still travelling with me. Never letting go of this mafucka.
