I actually really like Cinccino, its just that I don't get how its an evolution if it just gets a tiny bit taller and looks exactly the same as its pre-evolution.

There is a thing about Cinccino. It knows bullet seed and rock blast.
Minccino doesn't.

Also you must consider Jigglypuff/ Wigglytuff.

Same for me, caught one in the first Hidden Grotto you come across, caught him and he had a Adamant nature. Now called Swiffer, he single handedly wrecked the last four Gym Leaders and the E4.
