My first was the first pikachu I saw in a gen 4 game, and since I had the sound off and wasn't looking at the screen when I ran into it, I had no clue it was shiny, I just figured they changed pikachu's colors in gen 4 or some shit. I caught it and it wasn't until I sent it out in a later battle and saw the shiny animation that I realized I had just caught my first shiny and had no clue until like 30 minutes later.
My second shiny was a Lillipup I ran into while EV training a Durant for attack.
I've also run into at least 7 shinies on emulators in the past two months, but I'm not counting them because I'm fairly certain something is wrong with my roms. I don't think it's even possible to run into two shinies in a row without glitches or cheats being involved, and that's happened to me twice while emulating firered.
