I don't get it. Mew is in UU, but it has a clean 100 in every stat and as far as I know can learn every TM, HM, Tutor move and has some decent moves even without Machines or Tutors... Shouldn't Mew be in OU instead?

Celebi and jiarchi are doing fine. Manaphy is uber. Mew has no business in UU. Should be BL, at minimum.

The reason Manaphy is Uber is that it's a Sweeper that has a full recovery move in the form of rest in rain. And by the time you change the weather in OU, the beast has a +3 in SpA or has damaged your weather changer.

Also Celebi has great resistances to Fighting and Pokemon that generally benefit Rain. It's a great wall despite its weaknesses

most people who use manaphy go with the calm mind set, truthfully i didn't know manaphy could use that move, only reason i even mentioned it is because i saw a volbeat being used in conjunction to manaphy because of Prankster.

also, mew and victini should be OU, easy. victini is uncountered by literally everything in UU. it has some flimsy checks that can only work if you predict the person using victini perfectly. Go to a rhyperior and hope he didnt use grass knot (which he probably did cuz he knows you have a rhyperior thanks to fucking team preview which is such bull shit) or you go out to slowbro who gets fucked by a fusion bolt which he will probably use knowing you have a slowbro. If you have both, he'll probably just go for a U-turn to be safe, or a grass knot to do damage to both. If you have neither, he'll just spam v-create all day until your team is dead. It's fucking bull shit. Nearly every team in UU has him.

Special Victini does have that sense of unpredictability, but really, Victini's a lot weaker than people think. Any bulky water with a form of recovery should be enough to survive the first hit
