The fact that in this game, you finally had a Father, and he was a Gym leader. It was a new turn on the games, and I liked that.
Secondly, the hours I spent trying to catch a Feebas, when me and my Brother looked up the evolution of Feebas, we thought "Wow. I really want a fucking Milotic now."

It took me and my brother about 17 hours to finally run into a Feebas, 'cept it was Female, but we didn't care.

Thirdly, the game had some great feels, especially when we spent hours reaching the Sky Tower, and then we finally found Rayquaza.
And lastly, the Soundtrack. It had some amazing/memorable Battle music, I fell in love with the soundtrack.
