BUT! I remember a site where you were able to configure a pokémon like
>Pick any pokémon
>Decide IV
>Decide EV
>Give pokemon moves they could not normally learn (Like Donphan with Rollout)

>Then transfer to your DS

Pretty sure I got the site of here, anyone knows it?
(I just want a fucking Houndour to start with, no IV/EV cheating or unreasonable moves)
