I'm with you OP, I only play Pokemon like once a year. I'll usually play Leafgreen, maybe one more and then I get bored of it. Every time I think I'm done for good, but every summer, there's that urge again, like clockwork. I think now it's because I'm afraid to leave that part of my childhood behind, it's the only thing that links back that far for me. Pokemon was almost my first video game, and certainly the first one I really loved.
