You think I should save the 30 USD bonus from the FEA + SMTIV promo for Pokemon X/Y, or just go digital and purchase other stuff?

I might consider digital if I can, say, put the digital version Pokemon X/Y in different SD cards to make it act like I have two different saves.

Flareon is often considered the worst Eeveelution because it has a decent Attack Stat, But NO Physical Moves to make it useful. Flare Blitz is a common example of a move Flareon desperately needs.

No. It'll die long before it could use FB. Alternatively, it'd die after using FB. People only view the Attack stat but not its poor HP and speed.
