>>13176821Oh no. I think they will keep themselves from doing this because:
1) It's simpler to train a Pokemon up to 3 stages. Adding a 4th one will make everything too complex (do you imagine yourself training your bro up to lvl 50 just to get through several useless stages?)
2) It would make Pokemon too similar to Digimon.
3) Keeps the Pokedex count at a decent rate. If they tell you the new dex will have 120 Pokemon, and they introduce 4th stages, there would be less space for new concepts, given a space that could be used for a new Pokemon concept was used by three different families (one extra 4th stage for each family).
So no, it's totally unneccesary.
