Explain Pokemon R/S/E broken RNG to me. My emeralds battery is fine, but my R/S are both dry, so I'm under the impression the the RNG works the same. I have EonTimer and RNG Reporter, but I'm having trouble understanding it. Explain this to me like you would a 6 year old.
