I'd honestly just love a third-person platform adventure game set in the PMD universe.

You get to play as a starter pokemon and as you progress through the game you earn new attacks and powers, and even evolve. Something along the lines of a Jak and Daxter game in terms of style and feel, but Pokemon.

I would have that. I would definitely have that.

Gameplay style similar to Street Fighter or something of that nature. Roster consists of all fully evolved Fighting types, as well as some extra non-Fighting bipedal Pokemon such as Electivire and Druddigon.
Every Pokemon has a special unique move (e.g. Blaziken has Blaze Kick, Lucario has Aura Sphere, etc.).

2D 6 button Fighter
A cast of 30-35 pokemon and 10-15 trainers.
The pokemon are the core characters, and you can treat trainers kind of like arcana heart style element alignments or possibly an assist mechanic other mechanics too, not incredibly thought out but there's a lot of possibility with that kind of stuff. It would play like mvc2 ish movement wise and will probably have a 3 meter bar system with lots of interesting supers.

Pokemon fighting game with teams, where type advantages and modifiers like swords dance have a halved effect. Either we'd just take some their moves and map them onto buttons like 236 C or something, or just let the player pick moves for certain spots
