Chairzard is number one right now, the only Pokemon with more experience in big time matches is Pikachu, but he doesn't get reset.
Infernape has potential, but his biggest matches are against Paul's team which gave him his drive and his passion. If he returns and still has that power, then he's on Charizard's level.
And ash needs to seriously get down to training his jobber Pokemon. Torterra, Torkoal, and his Unova team deserve better.
