Its a ghost/steel with good phys but shitty sp attack

AFAIK, ghost has limited physical movesets and steel is the worst offensive typing.

This thing is ruined from a competitive viewpoint

It attacked, and Inkay didn't. Then they threw the pokeball. Unless they've added premptive striking in pokemon then I would have to say it went last that turn.

Theres the frameskip from the start of the battle, after the skip Honedge has lost HP and it attacks Inkay who was still undamaged. Afterwards the "What will Honedge Do?" Message comes up.

It didn't flinch Honedge is slow. slower than a pokemon 6 levels under it.

Or Inkay is just a speedy fuck.
